I have all of the Foundation Factory CDs, and thus far, my computer friend (total geek/guru) has been able to get them to load on my computers, even my two-year old laptop. I also have six of Carol's books. I resize nonstop, so small that a 4.5" square has 120 pieces, only 1/8" of fabric showing. I am currently using a 8"L x 6"W foundation for accuracy with scraps. Her method for trimming with her 1/8" and 1/4" rulers are invaluable!

A friend died and I was given her disc - only there is no serial number. It came to me in a paper envelope. Any way to get it to work without a number?

Well the other day I was browsing through some old files and found the original Foundation Factory and Carol Doak files etc. So I tried double clicking on the main Carol Doak exe and putting the serial number in and IT WORKED!!! Since then I have put the other files and corresponding serial numbers on and I have a now working Foundation Factory.
These are all dated back to 2008/9 era and they work fine. I also have the Quilt Pro working. These are now on my Windows 11 computer.
